Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, not activated or registered and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at refund@blulinc.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and problems

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so we can assess the problem and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as activated or registered keys or passes. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift certificates.

Exchange

The quickest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and verified your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and book the refund.
