Our return policy
Our return policy is for 30 days, meaning you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with labels, un-activated or unregistered and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you may contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and immediately contact us if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions/ Non-returnable items
Certain items may not be returned such as activated or registered keys or passes. Please reach out to us if you have any questions or doubts about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for clearance items or gift cards.
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded through your original payment method. Please note it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and record the refund.
